Refund Policy

We have a 90-day refund policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To request a refund, you do not need to return the product. Instead, please contact us at contact@mynewrise.com with your order details and clear proof of your issue.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:

  • Your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defective product, if your item is damaged or not working properly
  • Clear photos showing that the product did not help improve your hair loss concerns, if you are requesting a refund based on lack of results

Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, not working properly, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us evaluate the issue, please send clear photos or videos of the product and your order details to contact@mynewrise.com.

Once reviewed and approved, we will make it right by issuing a full refund. No product return is required.


Results-Based Refunds

If you used the product and did not notice an improvement in your hair loss concerns, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please email contact@mynewrise.com with your order details and clear images showing that the product did not help improve your hair loss concerns.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back.


Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept refund requests for:

  • Gift cards
  • Orders submitted after the 30-day refund window
  • Requests without proof of purchase
  • Requests that do not include the required photos, videos, or supporting evidence

Exchanges

We do not require product returns for approved refund requests. If you would like a replacement instead of a refund, please contact us at contact@mynewrise.com, and our team will review your request.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed and let you know whether it has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
